Trevor and his crew were great. I did not know Trevor beforehand and this is not a friend favor.
They built 2 fences for me – a conventional cedar privacy fence and a more complex R-panel stair step privacy fence at an RV park in Kingsland, TX.
Trevor has a can-do attitude and kept me apprised at all times with questions, clarifications, and timeline. The workmanship exceeded my expectations and the price was competitive with other bids.

The owners, Trevor and Chelsi Young, are very helpful and patient. They make sure to communicate so you know what’s going on and it’s smooth for everyone.
Jay, Albert, and the crew were INCREDIBLE!! These guys work so hard. I was impressed the morning we started everyone was there bright and early including the owner, Trevor. They are so detailed, efficient, and professional! I’m a very detailed person, so I really appreciated them being detailed.
They are truly hard workers and made sure to do everything the way we wanted. I cannot recommend them enough! Your job will be done right and the way you want, I guarantee! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After having trouble finding a fencing contractor in the BCS area, I contacted Legacy Outdoor Services (formerly Aggieland Dirt Works).
Trevor Young replied to me promptly and I received a very reasonable quote. We scheduled a day for the demolition of the old fence and the crew was right on time and finished the job quickly and very well done.
Trevor and Chelsi were both very responsive and their crew installed a very high quality fence – both materials and workmanship. I highly recommend contacting them for any of your outdoor construction projects.
Fence Installation Case Studies
Cedar Picket Fence in Brenham, Texas
This 634 ft. cedar picket fence installation project in Breham, TX, is one of the largest fencing projects we’ve worked on. The homeowner wanted a privacy fence so we went with 6′ tall cedar pickets.
To give the wood some extra protection against the elements, we’ve installed a 2×6″ cedar top cap and 1×2″ cedar trim. We like cedar because it’s naturally resistant to the elements, but also because it’s a relatively durable and strong material. We used a dark walnut stain on the fence for added weathering protection.
This cedar picket fence was quoted at $30,000.
Corral fence in College Station, Texas
This 557 ft. corral fence installation in College Station, TX, was a surprisingly affordable project for our client.
This fence was built for a homestead, so we needed a double gate to make it fully functional. We used 1×6″ corral boards around the perimeter, and we’ve also built a dog run area that’ll allow our homeowner’s pets to run around without leaving the property.
This long corral fence was quoted at $12,500.
Treated Picket Fence in Bryan, Texas
This 200 ft. pressure-treated picket fence installation in Bryan, TX, will help our client enjoy more privacy and security in his backyard.
Before we began building, we had to remove the existing fence. We used 6′ pressure-treated wood pickets because these are durable, resistant to the elements, but also highly affordable. For the runners, we stuck with 2×4 pressure-treated lumber, and for posts we used 4×4 posts, also pressure-treated wood.
We wanted to keep this fencing project on a tight budget, so we went all-in with treated lumber. The final cost for this fence was $5,600.
Let’s build you a fence that lasts. Get started below, it only takes a minute.

After receiving multiple bids and receiving input from various companies, we went with Aggieland Dirt Works to lay St Augustine sod in our yard. Dylan and team did a great job of communicating from the time they gave us their bid until after the work was completed
Dylan came back out after the install and rolled the sod to ensure it was rooting correctly. We couldn’t be happier with their work and their excellent customer service! I highly recommend this team

It was so easy to work with Aggieland Dirt Works for our front yard project. Chelsi and Trevor came over to learn what we liked and didn’t like. From there they sent us renderings and helped us work through the whole process.
We ran into a small hiccup with space and Chelsi called me while we were out of town to talk through options. Super happy with the way things look and how it has transformed the front of our home. They even replaced a metal border that was never there to complete the project. I would absolutely work with them again!

To finish it off, we’ve planted Zoysia sod around the new backyard, and in no time this space will be our client’s personal oasis, right in his backyard.

Flagstone patio extension in Bryan
This 260 ft² flagstone patio extension in Bryan, TX, was a quick and very affordable project that our client wanted to start for quite some time.
We used Oklahoma brown flagstone to match with the brick siding of the home, and added some decorative pea gravel to finish it off. Instead of the common and boring steps, we decided to use 2 large moss rock steps that looked surprisingly good.
We kept this flagstone patio within a tight budget, coming in at $2,700.

Such a wonderful experience working with Trevor and Chelsi. They were both very responsive and their crew were very professional and really knew what they were doing. We had bad grading in our backyard.
Trevor came right out and helped bring our backyard back to what we dreamt it could be. His crew did incredible workmanship in a quick manner. Trevor personally called me after the job was done to check to make sure we were happy and that everything went as planned.
Having that level of personal care to me is one of the best qualities a business can have. I highly recommend contacting them for any of your outdoor construction projects.
